Welcome to Agro Food Park Fitness (AFP Fitness)
Agro Food Park Fitness is available to employees of companies in Agro Food Park that hold a membership. The fitness centre is located in Building No. 15, at the end of the outer wing facing the street.
Please read the practical information and house rules below before using the facility:
Opening Hours
Open daily from 06:00 to 22:00.
Opening hours must be respected, and remaining in the facility after 22:00 is not permitted. During weekends and public holidays, access is only available through the external entrance door.
Access and Alarm System
• Access is granted using a personal access card and code.
• You may not grant entry to others using your access card.
• Periodic access checks will be carried out.
• In the event of misuse, Agro Food Park reserves the right to revoke access to AFP Fitness.
Non-members may only access AFP Fitness with permission from Agro Food Park, for example during open house events, trial training sessions, or other organised activities.
To avoid triggering the building alarm system, all doors and windows must remain closed at all times.
Use of the facility outside opening hours or activation of the alarm system may result in a fee of DKK 1,900 excl. VAT, which will be charged to the member company.
Music and Mobile Phones
If you wish to listen to music while exercising, headphones must be used. Playing music through speakers is not permitted.
Please keep your phone on silent mode whenever possible. Phone calls should be kept to a minimum and, where possible, taken outside the fitness area.
Photography, video recording and live streaming are not permitted in AFP Fitness out of consideration for the privacy of other users.
Hygiene and Cleaning of Equipment
• Be considerate of others. If you are unwell, please stay at home.
• Clean indoor workout clothing and footwear must be worn.
• Equipment (including handles, seats and benches) must be disinfected and wiped down after use.
• We recommend sanitising your hands thoroughly before and after training.
Lockers and Storage
Agro Food Park provides lockers for storing personal belongings while you train.
• Storage of personal belongings is at your own risk.
• Lockers must be emptied when leaving the facility.
• Agro Food Park reserves the right to gain access to lockers that remain locked for extended periods.
Equipment and Machines
All equipment in AFP Fitness must be treated with care and used only as intended and according to instructions.
• Never perform heavy lifts alone without safety racks or a training partner.
• Dumbbells and barbells must be in contact with the floor before being released.
• Return equipment to its designated place and clean up after use for the benefit of all members.
• The use of chalk of any kind is not permitted.
• Equipment may not be removed from the fitness facility.
• Faults or defects must be reported immediately to Agro Food Park using the QR code displayed on the wall.
• For safety reasons, damaged equipment must not be used.
Personal Training
Private commercial activities, including coaching, personal training or other independent business activities, may not be conducted in AFP Fitness without prior written approval from Agro Food Park.
Doping and Intoxicants
The use of performance-enhancing substances is not permitted. If you receive a positive test result from Anti Doping Denmark or refuse to undergo testing, your access to AFP Fitness will be revoked.
Agro Food Park's smoking policy also applies within and around AFP Fitness.
Safety
Emergency equipment, fire safety equipment and emergency exits must always remain unobstructed.
In the event of injury, accidents or hazardous conditions, Agro Food Park must be contacted as soon as possible.

A few additional - but important - notes
When using AFP Fitness, you must comply with the current house rules at all times. These rules help ensure a positive and safe training environment for everyone.
AFP Fitness is intended as a supplement to a healthy workplace and is not staffed. Users are expected to exercise particular consideration, as the facility is shared by several companies within Agro Food Park.
All training is undertaken at your own risk. Users are responsible for ensuring that they are in a physical condition suitable for exercise.
Agro Food Park accepts no liability for personal injuries resulting from accidents in the fitness facility or from the use of its equipment.
Agro Food Park reserves the right to request valid photo identification as well as documentation confirming your affiliation with a member company.
Conduct, Order and Consideration
We want everyone to have a positive experience when training at AFP Fitness. Therefore, we expect all users to treat one another with respect and consideration.
To ensure the best possible environment for everyone:
• Weight plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and other equipment must be returned to their designated places after use.
• Personal belongings must not be left on floors, benches or around equipment.
• During busy periods, please be considerate when using multiple pieces of equipment at the same time.
• Instructions issued by Agro Food Park must always be followed and are not subject to discussion.
• Taking photographs or recording videos in AFP Fitness is not permitted.
Video Surveillance
AFP Fitness may be monitored by video surveillance. Recorded footage will only be reviewed in the event of suspected vandalism or suspected violations of the house rules.
Suspension of Access
Violation of the house rules or misuse of the facilities may result in temporary or permanent exclusion from AFP Fitness without reimbursement of any membership fees.
Potential grounds for exclusion include, (but are not limited to):
• Allowing unauthorised persons access to the facility.
• Training outside opening hours.
• Violation of the house rules.
• Infringing on the privacy of other users through photos, recordings or similar activities.
• Being under the influence of performance-enhancing substances, alcohol or other intoxicants.
• Vandalism of the facility or its equipment.
