RO'UM is a new and unique spirit from Lolland made from Lolland sugar beets and Danish apples. Its character is probably most similar to those found in the world of Whisky, Calvados, and Grappa, but RO'UM has its own distinct flavor, which is also new to the world of spirits. The taste comes solely from the beet, apple, and wood. No additional flavorings are added. Organic variants are also available.
